WHITE BUILDING AND LATIMER HOUSE HOSTS WELLBEING EVENT
Tenants of White Building and Latimer House got together for a business networking event focusing on the benefits of a happy and healthy workforce and how this can be achieved.
The event was hosted by White Building and presented by Wellbeing expert Lynn Murphy, the Workplace Wellbeing Advisor for Southampton City Council.
Lynn has a wealth of experience in this area and was happy to share her expertise with the attendees. Workplace wellbeing is such an important topic but with a confusing amount of information available on the subject. It was great to have Lynn’s expertise to provide some practical advice on how to achieve this.
It’s clear that wellness and a happy, healthy workforce is becoming an ever more important consideration for companies and the right approach can benefit both businesses and employees.
Lynn Murphy commented:
‘When businesses look after their people, their people look after the business.
Most businesses have made all the cuts and efficiencies they can, so future growth and profitability will have to come from investing in the skills, health and energy of staff.’

For those that missed it, Lynn will be returning on 25th June for another workshop and a further event is happening on 10th July with a new guest speaker. You can keep an eye on other events at White Building at website White Building-Southampton
